A. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) — Clerk
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Local Language Proficiency Norms: Candidates who have studied the local language of the State in standard VIII or any level above standard VIII in Government recognized Board / School are considered proficient. Where a candidate does not meet this requirement at selection, they are given 6 months from the date of joining to acquire proficiency.
- Computer Literacy: Desirable working knowledge of computer operations and office automation tools.
- Experience: Fresh graduates eligible (No experience required).
B. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager / Probationary Officer)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Language & Computer Skills: Proficiency in local language + working knowledge of Computer.
C. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer & Specialist Officers)
- GBO: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate + 2 Years Officer experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Financial Institution.
- Specialist Officers: Relevant professional degree (IT / CA / Law / Treasury / Marketing / Agriculture) with 1 to 2 years specialized experience.
D. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

9. Critical Instructions & Mandatory Exam Guidelines
- Mandatory Preliminary Call Letter Retention: The Call Letter for Preliminary Exam is not collected at the exam venue; it will be authenticated/stamped by the centre staff. Shortlisted candidates must retain this stamped copy safely and bring it to the Main Exam hall along with their Main Call Letter.
- Additional Photograph Requirement: Candidates must bring one additional passport-size photograph (same as uploaded) along with the call letter and valid photo ID to the exam centre.
- Handwritten Declaration Format: The declaration must be written in English only in the candidate’s own handwriting. Typed text or text written in capital letters is rejected.
- Interview Qualifying Standard (Officers Scale I, II, III): Total interview marks are 100 with minimum qualifying marks of 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). The combined exam to interview weighting is 80:20.
