1. SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) Prelims Call Letter: Details

The State Bank of India (SBI Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, Mumbai) has released the Online Preliminary Examination Call Letter for recruitment to 8,773 vacancies of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre across all circles. Candidates who applied can download their call letter from the official portal at sbi.co.in/web/careers.

Important Call Letter Retention Rule:

As per revised SBI norms, the Preliminary Examination Call Letter with the authenticated invigilator stamp will not be collected at the test lab. Candidates qualifying for the Main Examination must preserve this authenticated Prelims call letter and submit it during the Main Examination.

2. SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination Scheme

The preliminary exam is a 1-hour computer-based test with 100 objective questions and sectional time limits:

3. Steps to Download SBI Clerk Prelims Call Letter

  1. Visit the SBI Careers Portal at sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings.
  2. Scroll to “Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales)”.
  3. Click on the link “Download Preliminary Exam Call Letter”.
  4. Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY).
  5. Enter the Captcha image characters and click on Login.
  6. Your hall ticket will appear. Affix a recent passport size photograph identical to the application form in the designated space.
